Jeya Gell

Dear friends,

Greetings. I am delighted to meet you all through this newsletter and share many works we have done so far.

Tuition Centre

Tuition Centre Picnic

On 28.09.2023 two tuition center children were taken to Panjalangurichi Veerapandian Kattabomman fort. Photographs of Kattabomman’s heroic history were plastered on the walls, and Kattabomman was one of those who fought against the British and brought freedom to India. The children also learned how brave and resourceful our ancestors were. Through his beautiful puppetry for children, Mr. Victor emphasized the idea that children should live honestly and selflessly from this early age. The program consisted of children’s games and celebration. From the beginning to the end of the program, the children participated with great enthusiasm in all the different activities. This tourist event has a place in everyone’s mind.

A Student's letter

I am Divya. It is a pleasure to meet you through this letter. This trip is a good memory that I will never forget in my lifetime. Our journey and reflections in this fort brought before my eyes how kings lived. All of us sharing a meal together brought great joy and satisfaction. This experiential learning taught me and my friends more lessons than we could read in a book. I am thankful to our organization DAIA for arranging this opportunity for us.
